Our client, a Growing Multi National Company in Agrochemical is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a vacant position as
Country Manager

• The requirements:S1 Degree or S2 Degree

• Strong Knowledge in Seeds.

• Strong Leadership, Managerial and Interpersonal Skills.

• Propose, Advise and decide on general management matters of the seeds sector.

• Provide overall direction of the seeds business in Indonesia

• Development of a HR framework and HR Policies which support and enhance the organizational capacity

• Develop the image and reputation of the company, and its relationship with all areas of the business chain and its catalyst components

• Sound knowledge on Indonesia seed market as well as good understanding on the seed supply channels.

• Know the overall business operations for the Indonesia Market
